ZIMMERMAN, Minn. -- Kingsley Coach Inc. a manufacturer of custom, luxury recreational and special-use coaches, announced today that it has signed an agreement with Bocor Coach Sales Inc. of Orlando, Fla., to be the Company's exclusive dealer in the state of Florida.

Bocor was established in 1994 and through its extensive network, will work in conjunction with Kingsley to build a comprehensive U.S. dealer network. Under the terms of the Agreement, Bocor will institute an aggressive new coach sales campaign as well as immediately begin to market Kingsley's used coach inventory.
