TUSCON, Ariz. -- Beaudry RV is no longer negotiating with a Florida-based company for that company to buy the local RV dealership. In June, Beaudry Motor Co. CEO Thomas Sylvester sent a memo to Beaudry employees saying that Beaudry RV had entered into a "letter of intent" with Lazydays RV Center Inc. to purchase the Beaudry RV Tucson operations.

The Beaudry RV dealership is at 3200 E. Irvington Road. The next-door Beaudry RV Resort is at 5151 S. Country Club Road.

At the time, neither Sylvester nor a representative of Lazydays would comment on the memo.
