KINGMAN, Ariz. -- A Mohave Valley recreational vehicle park will go before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on Wednesday.

The applicant will ask for a change to the Mohave County General Plan and the South Mohave Valley Area Plan for the planned recreational vehicle park called Monte Carlo RV Resort. The park would be located north of Boundary Cone Road off Highway 95. A new road, called Fortune Road, would be built to the park.

The commission will also look at rezoning the property from general manufacturing to special development, commercial recreation.
