Lifetime Value winners awarded at Stag-Parkway Show

Crestview RV in Buda, Texas, won the Lifetime Value Award at the Stag-Parkway show in Las Vegas on Jan. 21, 2009. The annual award is given to a single dealership that works diligently to build customers relationships so that customers return after their initial purchase to buy additional RVs in the future.

The award is co-sponsored by RV Trade Digest and Stag-Parkway and included a $2,000 prize. Applications for the award were reviewed and judged by RV Trade Digest based on dealership’s facilities, business processes, marketing and overall philosophy on retaining customers and building the customer relationship long-term. Stag-Parkway sponsored the monetary prize attached to the award.

The five dealerships that were selected as finalist each received a $1,000 prize and were featured in the November issue of RV Trade Digest. In addition to Crestview RV, the finalists included Colerain Trailer Center Inc., Cincinnati.; Floyd’s RV, Norman, Okla.; Stalkups RV Superstore, Casper, Wyo.; Toscano RV, Los Banos, Calif.

I know in IL the RV market is difficult. Family in CA sold and bough an RV under 3 months. So I think the people who are in the market for an RV are their, just that they are looking for the best deal possible.

these bailouts only extend the problem. Things are getting better in the market place and then the goverment step in and slows the RV recover with bailout money. Let the free market work.
